- Terrain: The terrain features some short sharp ascents up/down the valley. Majority of the trails are quite gentle though and achievable with most who can cover a distance of nine kms. You will be well supported by OTBT’s guide and they offer complimentary hiking poles for anyone that needs a little added support.

- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 15 days before to departure date: 10% admin fee + booking fee charges apply
- Cancellations made 8—14 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations received within 7 days of departure date, no-shows & late arrivals: 100% cancellation fees apply
- Customers can transfer their booking to a friend or family member with no penalty but must advise in writing so Off The Beaten Track WA can provide confirmation information to the individual and ensure waivers are completed.
- The booking fee is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation
- If Off The Beaten Track WA cancels a tour you will be eligible to transfer amounts paid to another departure date or alternatively receive a full refund
