• Child Policy: Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking; no food inclusions apply for infant bookings. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Spirit of Gold Coast abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Guests must provide a contact mobile phone number at time of booking. This is so you can be notified in the event of the cruise being cancelled due to unsafe operational levels
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Spirit of Gold Coast for passenger and crew safety

Cancellation Policy:

• Tickets are non-refundable once booked
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled cruise for any reason, Spirit of Gold Coast will help you to reschedule your cruise for an alternate day (subject to availability)
• All decisions regarding cancelled cruises will be made by the Operations Manager and are considered final
• The only instance a refund will be provided is if Spirit of Gold Coast has made the decision to cancel your cruise. Booking fees for online payments are not refundable

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Amendments made within 24 hours will be subject to an administrative fee

Please Note:
