  • Transfers cannot be confirmed unless the above information is provided. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.

• Mamanuca Region 1 Hotels include: Serenity, Beachcomber, Treasure, Malamala, Tivua, Navini
• Mamanuca Region 2 Hotels include: Tavarua, Namotu, Musket Cove, Plantation, Lomani, Funky Fish, Tropica, Wadigi, Malolo, Likuliku, Castaway, Mana, Tadrai and Six Senses
• Mamanuca Region 3 Hotels include: Tokoriki Island Resort, Vomo, Matamanoa and Sheraton Tokorik
• Note: The vehicle transfer is for one-way transport between Nadi International Airport and the private jetty at Naisoso. It does not include on-island vehicle transport
• Please note, certain properties will require prior approval for transfers

Important:

• Please allow up to one hour for one-way fast boat ride to Mamanuca Regions 1 & 2 and 1.5 hours for Mamanuca Region 3 transfers
• Exclusions: Food and drinks are not included. Vehicle to/from hotel transfers are not included
• Children under 2 may attend free of charge with accompanying paying parent/adult guardian – please advise at time of booking
• Luggage Allowance:
  • Each passenger is allowed luggage weighing up to 30kg per individual bag as part of their booking. In addition, passengers are permitted to carry a single bag weighing up to 12kg, such as a small backpack
  • Any additional bags, surfboards, or sporting equipment will incur a charge of FJD$25 per piece. Passengers must notify SeaFiji of any additional items at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for one-way or return boat ride as selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• SeaFiji reserves the right to combine Fast Boat Transfers to accommodate flight delays, weather conditions or when operational needs occur. If this happens, the scheduled booking will depart at the scheduled time and not wait for other passengers to join. The delayed passengers will join the next available vessel departing. Passengers will disembark to the closest resort first
• At times when the weather conditions, especially during cyclone season (November to April) SeaFiji may combine transfers to get every guest transferred to the airport or mainland with haste and safety
• SeaFiji reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled transfer or a full refund. There are no partial refunds for any unused sectors of travel after the first sector of the travel has commenced

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: full refund less $110FJD service fee
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: non-refundable
• There are no partial refunds for any unused sectors of travel after the first sector of the travel has commenced

Changes to Bookings:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability. All changes must be received in writing by the SeaFiji reservations team email: reservations@seafiji.net

Please Note:

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
