Availability:

• Available every day on request: Flights depart during daylight hours: 6.30am–5.30pm (approximately)
• Although departure times are confirmed at the time of booking – actual times are subject to change due to flight scheduling. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. Island Hoppers will confirm departure times from your resort the day before
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return vehicle transfers included from selected hotels within Nadi and Denarau to and from Nadi International Airport – please advise of your location at time of booking
• Departure Point: Flights depart from Nadi Airport, P.O. Box 11364, Nadi Airport, Fiji Islands
• Check-in is required 30 minutes prior to departure at the Island Hoppers Lounge, Bradfield Drive, Nadi Airport

Important:

• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full payment is made
• All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Subject to conditions, children under 1 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap – please advise at the time of booking
• Child rates for children aged 2–12 are available on request at a cost of 70% of an adult fare, payable directly on the day to Island Hoppers Fiji. Guests booking children aged 2–12 must advise of child’s details at the time of booking to reserve a seat. Flights will not accommodate children without prior reservations. Please note: All bookings require a minimum two adults, which means if a guest books one adult and one child, the child will be charged at the adult rate
• Includes one item from the a-la-carte menu, gourmet wood-fired pizza or themed buffet menu (excludes drinks). Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Drinks are not included

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum booking of two adults is required for all packages and tours
• Island Hoppers Limited allows 15kg of baggage per person, any excess baggage will be charged on arrival from FJD$12 per kilo and sent on the same or next available flight or can be left in storage at hangar at no charge
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are permitted or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Activities and flights are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or altered at the discretion of Island Hoppers Limited for passenger and crew safety
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request

Cancellations:

• Any reservation cancelled after 14 days of booking will be charged a FJD$100 per person cancellation fee (*fees subject to change without prior notice)
• Any reservation cancelled after 5 days of booking, within the month of travel, will be charged a FJD$100 per person cancellation fee (*fees subject to change without prior notice)
• Any cancellation within 72 hours of travel, late arrivals and no-shows will be charged a full cancellation fee
