• Meeting point: Riverlife’s pontoon at Riverlife Adventure Centre, Naval Stores, Kangaroo Point
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your session. Late arrivals may miss vital safety information and be unable to participate

Important:

• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience
• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• All participants agree that a photographer/videographer may be present and that Riverlife may use the material for positive promotion
• All participants must be able to swim if participating in the Twilight Kayaking Tour
• Kayaking is a barefoot activity

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum age to participate is 12 years old. Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Maximum weight limit of 100kg applies for all participants
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Itinerary and site access are subject to change. The description has been provided as a guide only and may vary according to the conditions of the day
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances
• Before participating in any Riverlife activity, all participants must sign a Riverlife Indemnity Agreement Form personally or by an Agent or Guardian if the participant is under the age of 18 years
• Riverlife operates kayaking adventures in all weather conditions except during electrical storms and hail storms. All other adventures may be cancelled during periods of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. On the rare occasion Riverlife needs to cancel a scheduled adventure, a new booking will be made or a voucher issued at no cost. Please assume that your tour is going ahead unless you hear otherwise
• No alcohol is to be consumed prior to ANY Riverlife Adventure Booking. Riverlife reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone found to have consumed alcohol
• By booking a tour or equipment hire, you agree to pay for any damage to equipment above expected wear and tear. This includes any property stolen or lost while in your possession

Cancellation Policy:

• All Riverlife bookings are non-refundable and must be paid for in full at the time of booking

Changes to Booking:

• Bookings can be rescheduled for a fee from AU$12.50 per person provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before your activity
• If between 24–48 hours’ notice has been given to change a booking, this fee will increase to 20% of the activity’s cost per person
• If less than 24 hours’ notice has been given, there will be no opportunity to reschedule the booking

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
