• Cancellations within 7 days of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Departs 9am; returns 3pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Meeting Point: Yalumba – 40 Eden Valley Rd, Angaston SA 5353
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows void voucher
• Bookings fill up quickly – book early to avoid disappointment

• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks, take-home wines or merchandise from wineries and shops, and hotel transfers
• This experience is appropriate for beginner cyclists. Participants should have a basic bike-riding ability
• The approximate distance of the tour is 25kms on an electric bike
• Closed footwear essential
• All riding is done on the Rail Trail and quiet roads
• Hotel transfers are not included
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time
• Food and drinks outside of those specified above are not included. Any excess expenses must be paid directly to the venue(s) visited

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two adults are required to book
• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID
• An additional day’s rental fee will be charged for each day participants keep equipment after the return date specified. All equipment must be returned directly to Bike About or wherever agreed
• Tours are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Bike About
• Itinerary is subject to change and listed venues may be altered subject to availability
• Participants must wear safety equipment including helmets at all times during cycling component of tour
• Bike About Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Bike About Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions and mechanical issues
