• Not valid: Monday – Friday
• Venue: The Green Planet Dubai, City Walk, at the junction of Al Wasl Road and Safa Road, Dubai
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

Important:

• Green Planet is fully wheelchair accessible
• Animal encounters are not included in admission
• Please refrain from touching, handling or feeding the animals or plants inside Green Planet. Please feel free to interact with various species of snake, millipedes and hissing roaches if you would like to when staff members approach you to do so
• Children aged 0–1 may visit free of charge. Children of all ages must be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times
• You are entitled to four hours of free parking at the underground City Walk mall parking with a minimum spend of AED 100 at The Green Planet. You will need to validate your token before exiting, each additional hour is charged from AED 20

• Exhibits are subject to change depending on maintenance and availability

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds are available – all tickets are non-transferable and become void when cancelled. Tickets cannot be exchanged for admission on a different day or refunded if not used

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
