• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: 3pm to 9pm (approximately)
• Pick-up/drop-off from your Dubai accommodation

Important:

• Sample menu is an example only and subject to change
• Modest dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended
• Hotel transfers are either private or shared depending on your booking selection, however table seating for dinner is shared
• For children aged 2–4 please select the private vehicle option and enter the details of the child at the time of booking
• It is advised to bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses
• Souvenirs and photos are available for purchase at the campsite
• Restrooms are available at the campsite
• Please note there is a fuel surcharge for Desert Safaris that take place in Dubai, where the guest pick up is from Abu Dhabi, Ras Al-Khaimah and Fujairah. The surcharge is AED 100 per person
• Please contact Arabian Adventures directly for special needs and arrangements
• Please allow six hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• For pregnant ladies or people with pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) participation is not recommended
• Operating schedules may change during the holy month of Ramadan, and during the summer months, or due to force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at Arabian Adventures discretion
• Arabian Adventures reserve the right to cancel any service or alter any part of the service at their discretion without prior notification
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Arabian Adventures reserves the right to cease service of alcohol to guests who display obvious signs of intoxication
