• Guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time
• Bookings valid to 28 February 2026

• A complimentary pick-up and drop-off is available from most accommodation providers in Hanmer Springs available on request. Please contact the reservations team at least 24 hours prior to your booking date to organise this service - 0800 661 538
• It is recommended to complete your activity risk & medical disclosure prior to arrival: you can find the form here
• Photos, video and security images may be taken of participants at any time for security and marketing. You agree that photos may be published online and may be used for promotional purposes
• Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Guests must be aged 16+ to be eligible to drive quad bikes. Photo ID must be presented for proof of age at check-in when requested
• All guests must fit safety equipment in order to participate in the activities, and the minimum weight of guests should be 35kgs, and the maximum weight is 200kg
• No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to personal property whilst on any trip
• Hanmer Springs Attractions reserves the absolute right to cancel any scheduled departures as a result of road, river, or weather conditions, and the absolute right to decline to accept or retain a person as a member of a tour. Hanmer Springs Attractions will not permit a person to participate in any of our activities if they believe the person is affected by alcohol or drugs (recreational or prescribed) such that they may be a hazard to themselves or others.
• Thrillseekers Adventures Limited (Hanmer Springs Attractions) has no liability for losses or additional expenses incurred by passengers due to sickness, weather, strikes, delays or changes in air or other transport services, force majeure, Act of God, or other causes outside the control of Thrillseekers Adventures Limited (Hanmer Springs Attractions)
• Partial refunds do not apply if any activities were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
