• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email and travel details will be automatically sent to you within 7 days of your nominated travel date.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Accommodation area options for transfers include: Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Ubud, Canggu, Uluwatu, Nandini, Hanging Garden, Lovina and Candidasa
• Valid for the transfer location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Transfer valid for up to four passengers (note: a passenger is considered as one adult, child or infant)
• Infant & Child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request at time of booking. Alternatively, guests can bring their own
  • Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you
• If you cannot locate your driver, please contact +62 811 3960 6800 on WhatsApp or seek out a customer care representative upon arrival at the airport or departure from your hotel
• To finalise your transfers, please ensure the reservation request form is completed, including all flight information. Your transfer cannot be confirmed without this information. • Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way transfers
• Valid for transfers to and/or from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Up to four medium suitcases OR two large and three small suitcases can be accommodated
  • Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
