• Drop-Off Points: Day One: Return transfers are not included but are available at additional cost as follows: Cairns CBD ($18) and Northern Beaches ($25). Day Two: Return transfers from Cairns, Palm Cove & Northern Beaches accommodation. Port Douglas transfers additional $82 per person. Please arrange additional transfers directly with Billy Tea Safaris
• Please reconfirm your tour 24-48 hours prior to travel with reservations. This is to confirm your pick-up location and any special dietary requirements

• Billy Tea Safaris will provide baby seats or booster seats for all children aged up to 7. Please advise at time of booking
• Infants (0-3) may travel for free - please advise at time of booking. Children aged 4+ must have a valid ticket to travel

Terms & Conditions:

• Multi-Day Packages: Participants can cancel their trip up to 24 hours before Day 1 of multi-day packages for a full refund. If you cancel within the 24 hour period before day 1 of your multi-day package, no refund will be issued. Rebooking fees of $50 may apply
• Cancellations by Billy Tea Safaris: In the instance that your preferred date of travel is cancelled by Billy Tea Safaris, they will rebook you on the next available date they are departing at no additional cost
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itineraries are also subject to change, modification and some destinations may not be reached at the discretion of the Billy Tea Safaris guide on the day due to weather conditions, road conditions, possible road closures, and the safety of all passengers
• Billy Tea Safaris will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service.
