Cancellations

• All changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund Policy
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of tour departure
• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure
• Should you be unable to travel due to border closures, 100% refund applies

Availability:

• Available hours: Every day from 2pm-6pm
• Some morning itineraries may be available, please enquire with Raging Thunder directly

Important:

• $30 per person Rafting levy is payable to Raging Thunder on day of travel
• Bring swimwear, towel, change of dry clothes, secure footwear such as sandshoes or adventure sandals (no thongs), waterproof sunscreen, cap to wear under helmet (optional)
• Hire shoes available for $5 if you don’t want your shoes getting wet
• Bring your voucher and money for additional refreshments and purchase of any digital photos you may like as a reminder of your epic adventure
• Please leave jewellery and valuables at your accommodation

Terms & Conditions:

• Medical Conditions/Impairments and Disabilities: All Rafting participants must disclose any medical condition prior to travelling with Cairns Adventure Group. Be aware that some medical conditions may exclude people from participating in our tours e.g. pregnancy
• Liability Release Forms: White-water activities contain a certain element of risk and all participants must sign a Liability Release Form prior to rafting. People travelling under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian to be able to sign this form at the arranged pick-up point or prior to the travel date
• Minimum Age: Minimum age 12 years. Those under 18 years must be parent/guardian.
• Delivery Policy: Once a booking is confirmed and payment received a pick-up time will be instructed and the tour will begin at the specified time and place
