• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please allow approximately 75 minutes for this experience, including travel time
• Please note all valuables taken on board by passengers are at your own risk
• Maximum passenger capacity for vessel is 14 guests
• Please note there is a toilet onboard
• This is a shared experience, you will most likely be onboard with other people, unless you have purchased the private charter option
• Each individual must purchase a ticket for the private charter

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 2–11. Children aged under 2 are considered to be infants and are free of charge sitting on the parents lap, but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Cairns River Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
