• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks and hotel transfers are not included
• Please note, non-alcoholic substitutes are available for upgraded package
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Dietary requirements such as gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free etc will incur a surcharge from A$10 per person, payable directly to Barossa Chateau on arrival. Please note, vegetarian menu does not incur a surcharge. All dietary requirements MUST be advised prior to your visit to ensure they can be catered for
