• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to departure time and closes two minutes prior to departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

Important:

• Ferry service arrives at Matiatia Wharf, located on the western side of Waiheke Island
• Off-peak sailings depart every 60 minutes (approximately). Peak sailings depart every 30 minutes (approximately). Please see the full ferry timetable here
• Ferry duration is approximately 40–45 minutes
• Guests may bring one piece of carry-on luggage. Fullers360 Cruises & Experiences’ crew may determine whether luggage is acceptable as carry-on luggage, based on space in the vessel, safety and the size of the luggage
• Parking is not included in your tour but is available at Downtown Car Park, located on the corner of Customs Street West and Albert Street, approximately a five-minute walk from the ferry terminal

• Valid for day selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Select sailings may travel via Devonport to pick up or drop off other customers. Your ticket does not include a stopover here. If you disembark the vessel at Devonport, an additional fare will apply for travel back to Auckland, payable direct to Fullers360 Cruises & Experience
• Departure times vary according to season and are subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Ferries are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Fullers360 Cruises & Experiences for passenger and crew safety
