Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 7.30am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)
• Departure/Return Point: 220 Holt Street, Pinkenba, Queensland 4008
• Please check in at least one hour prior to your cruise departure time to collect your boarding pass. Late arrivals and no-shows voids voucher

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

• Guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Food and drink are also available to purchase at Tangalooma Island Resort, payable directly to vendor
• Please note, quad bike hire is NOT included in your experience
• Please allow up to 11 hours for this experience, including travel time
• The ferry back to Brisbane departs Moreton Island at 4pm. Check-in time is 30 minutes ahead of departure. Depending on conditions you’ll arrive around 5.30pm

Terms & Conditions:

• Age Requirements:
  • General: All guests must be 6+ to participate in watersports. Infants (0–5) may attend free of charge, but are not permitted to participate in watersports activities
  • Kayak hire: Guests must be 6+ to ride on a kayak. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ and ride on a double kayak. Ages 16+ may hire a single or double kayak without an accompanying adult
  • SUP hire: Must be aged 12+ for stand-up paddleboard hire
• BYO alcohol is NOT permitted as Tangalooma Island Resort is a licensed venue
• Participation in some tours and activities are physically demanding and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose if you are suffering from any injury, or pre-existing medical condition (such as, but not limited to, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions) which may interfere with your ability to participate safely
• Some medical conditions require physician’s/doctor’s approval to be able to participate in our tours and activities. Note: If you do have asthma, you are required to bring your Ventolin with you to be able to participate in the tour
• If you are pregnant, you will be required to obtain a doctor’s approval in writing before participating Please bring a medical certificate with you on the day, or email it to Adventure Moreton Island prior to arrival
• Ferry timetables are subject to change without notice. Ferries are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of vendor for passenger and crew safety
• All tours and activities are subject to weather/tidal conditions and availability. Adventure Moreton Island reserves the right to change or cancel tours and activities in extreme/unsafe situations
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: a cancellation fee from A$20 per person applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
