• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from your Queenstown accomodation. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Please note this is not a private experience and other guests may be on the tour with you and your group
• Children may participate but they will be charged at adult rates
• Waders/boots/rod and reel are available for hire at NZ$50 per person per day
• The half-day experience ends at aproximately 1pm. The full-day experience ends at aproximately 5pm. Times may vary depending on fishing location

Terms & Conditions:

• All people fishing require a 24hr fishing licence, please purchase these on the day of your charter (must provide proof of purchase), these are now available for purchase online at Fish and Game NZ you can also purchase these onboard. *** Day licences are non refundable.** Our region for fishing licence is ‘Otago’ and primary water way is ‘Lake Wakatipu’
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellation Policy:

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
