SO/ Bangkok is located opposite Lumpini Park, a lush pocket of greenery in Bangkok’s urban jungle. Local restaurants, cafes and bars are within easy walking distance of the hotel. Exploring is made easy with Lumphini MRT station a five-minute walk away, while Sala Daeng BTS station is a 10-minute walk further. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). One-way arrival airport transfers are included in select packages, please see the Fine Print for details.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Hotel Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Red Oven, Chocolab, FLOOR/ 9, Water Club and SO/ Spa. No minimum spend applies. Credit is non-cumulative.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Red Oven from 6.30am—10.30am.
• Nightly two hours of free-flow cocktails and drinks are served at The Water Club between 4.30pm—6.30pm.
• One-time set-menu dinner at Iris is available from 5pm—10pm.
• Club Signature access (select packages only) includes daily breakfast in the Club Signature lounge on the 25th floor, all-day refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks, cookies and snacks), signature afternoon tea from 1.30pm—3.30pm and signature nightly free-flow cocktails, beer and wine from 5pm—7pm.
• Included massages (select packages only) are a Thai or aromatic massage at SO/ Spa, and must be booked in advance, directly with the hotel.
• One-time Sunday brunch buffet at Red Oven (select packages only) is available from 12pm—3pm. Available on Sundays only.
• Complimentary laundry service is for two garments per day, per room and is non-cumulative.

One-Way Private Arrival Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer on arrival, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers required from midnight to 6am will be charged a supplement of 350THB per vehicle per way.
• Transfers can accommodate up to six luggage pieces or suitcases per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
