This hotel is first class and everyone that works here is amazing. This hotel provided us the best experience in the last three weeks of our vacation in Europe! The breakfast was great and plentiful and had many gluten free options. We had the dessert with our coupon and the Tiramisu was superb!

I have absolutely adored staying here! The staff was very helpful and efficient! I also have to commend the bartender, Manuel, he is an expert at his craft. Asked him to make his custom drink and aced it on the spot! Would absolutely return for this fantastic ambiance and wonderful customer service!

Excellent Experience! I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The rates were very reasonable, offering great value for money. The reception team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail - even getting my name spot on! The guy at the bar in the evening was exceptional. He engaged us in conversation and explained the questions we had about Italian drinks and food. I highly recommend this establishment for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and affordability. Five stars!"

Three nights of disappointment 😞. The welcome on the first evening by Frederico was warm. Entering the room was like the heat was on. Upon investigation we were informed that the rooms have no air-conditioning, so we asked for the windows to be unlocked to get some fresh air, which was actioned immediately. All TV channels were in Italian, the English is not working and the technician was coming tomorrow was relayed to us on the first night. After a long train journey I decided to have a shower🚿 before dinner and there was no shampoo in the dispenser. All good, we all make mistakes. Then coming out of the shower I almost slipped, the shower base was leaking and had water on the bathroom floor. I used some towels to dry for my family's safety. Immediately, on our way to dinner, reported and bought it to the attention of the reception staff. Upon returning from a splendid dinner, shampoo bottle was refilled however, the wet towels were still all over the bathroom floor. No updates about the leaking shower, and the second night the sensor light above the entry door started flicking very early hours of the morning, extremely annoying when you can't have a decent sleep 💤😴. We bought this to the attention of the reception staff along with the leaking shower base on our way to breakfast. Housekeeping was 👍🏽 done, beds made, dirty towels replaced. Thanks to the housekeeping team. Had lovely breakfast, again no attention was paid to our complaint about the slippery floor issue. As a hotelier of three very successful accommodation business I could have given my few bobs of ideas 💡 to quickly fix the leakage issue and have the room back in action within a day. Extremely disappointed by the inattentive actions of the reception staff, complete disregard and negligence shown. We only booked here on the recommendation of our daughter & son-in-law who said thay had great service. Something went completely wrong for this decline. We waited all three nights and no english channels were available. On the last night, after we arrived back from our tour, the lights flicked twice in the room and then all lights went off. We were finally moved to another room because of some electrical problem. Very annoying when you have to move to another room before repacking all again to get ready to depart for another destination. Hard to recommend the 🏨 and we also need to think twice before coming back, however the attached Ludico Restaurant is on another level, sheer class with very attentive staff & mouthwatering dinner. Two other staff we would like to thank are Aziz for helping us move to another room and Anna in reception for her service with a 😊 smile.
