The villa is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to the clubhouse and is a short drive to the Island H20 Water Park.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

- Cleaning services are available during your stay. Please inquire for more details.
- Pool heating is available for $35 per day. It must be requested and paid for in advance, and is required for the spa to heat up. A minimum of three nights is required for pool heating.
- A gas BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Guests must clean the grill and empty the drip pan after use and replace the propane tank if needed.
- Resort registration requires the name of each guest for amenity access. The clubhouse will issue bands for access. This information will be requested after booking.
- Parking is limited to two reserved spaces on the driveway. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not park in marked spaces reserved for specific homes/addresses.
- Commercial or recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, or any vehicle hauled on a trailer are not allowed to park overnight on the property.
- Pool doors are equipped with a safety fence for your protection. The fence should not be fully removed; simply remove a section to allow access to the pool and always secure it when not in use.
- Clubhouse amenities are included with your stay, but some services, such as arcade games, food and beverage, cabana rentals, and attraction tickets, may have additional charges.
