7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service UNLIMITED date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is available at The Addition from 6.30am to 11am daily.
• Nightly cocktail is served at 1897 Lounge from 12pm and 11.30pm daily. Guests choose a cocktail from a select menu.
• Included three-course lunch or dinner is a one-time inclusion, available at ALATi restaurant. Lunch is served between 12pm to 3pm, dinner is served between 6pm to 9pm.
• Guests can choose to upgrade their three-course lunch or dinner inclusion to a five-course lunch or dinner meal at the award-winning Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin for a surcharge of THB2500 per person, per meal, payable directly to the hotel.
• Included minibar is replenished daily and includes snacks and drinks.
• The included child staying in Family Suite or Executive Suite will receive nightly mocktails.
• Hotel Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at all restaurants and The Kempinski Spa. Credit does not apply to limousine hire services. No minimum spend applies. Credit is non-cumulative and must be consumed on a daily basis.
• Executive Lounge access includes daily afternoon tea from 2pm to 4pm, nightly two-hour free-flow cocktails from 5pm to 7pm and personalised check-in and checkout services. This access is only valid for guests staying in the Executive Suite.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Valid for transfer to/from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) only.
• A six-passenger van fits six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at THB210 per seat, each way. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
