Pangkor Laut Resort

Pangkor Laut Resort is situated on a private island off the west coast of Malaysia, surrounded by stunning beaches and lush rainforest. Travel to Pangkor Laut from either Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) or Sultan Azlan Shah Airport (IPH). The resort is accessible via vehicle transfer to Pangkor Laut Resort’s office at Marina Island Pangkor, followed by a speedboat transfer to Pangkor Laut Resort.

Return speedboat transfers from Marina Island Pangkor to the resort are included in your package, please see the Fine Print for details. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Taxes: A Tourism Tax of RM10 applies per room, per night, payable direct to the resort.

Christmas & New Year’s Gala Dinners: For stays on 25 December 2025, guests can pay an additional MYR250 per adult (12+) and MYR125 per child (3–11 years) applies for the optional buffet Christmas Gala dinner. For stays on 31 December 2025, guests can pay an additional MYR250 per adult (12+) and MYR125 per child (3–11 years) applies for the optional buffet New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Feast Village from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Daily dinner is served at Uncle Lim’s Kitchen, offering a three-course meal from a select menu, or guests can enjoy a buffet dinner at Feast Village.
• Dinner is available from 6pm to 9.30pm.
• Welcome drink is served at Jamu Bar from 5pm to 6pm, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
• Included 50-minute massage can be chosen from the Spa Village treatment menu. Booking in advance is essential.
• It is recommended to book sunset cruise prior to arrival.
• Return speedboat transfers are available as per the schedule:
  • From Marina Island Pangkor to Pangkor Laut Resort: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.
  • Departure from Pangkor Laut Resort to Marina Island Pangkor: 8.30am, 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.
• Kayak and paddleboard hire can be arranged with the concierge upon arrival.
• Sea Villas are available for guests 12 years and older. Spa Villas are available for guests 16 years and older.

Indulgence Upgrade:

• Guided jungle walk is available with the Resort’s naturalist.
• Daily two-course lunch is served at Chapman’s Bar from 12pm to 2pm, including one main course and one dessert.
• Lunch may also be redeemed at Uncle Lim’s Kitchen or Feast Village.
