To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, please keep these few details in mind: - Villa Finder Concierge Team is here to assist with airport transfers, car rentals, activity bookings, and more to enhance your experience. - Breakfast is included with your stay. The villa does not provide lunch or dinner, but is conveniently located near restaurants and cafés. - Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged through the Villa Finder Concierge, subject to availability and possible charges. - The villa is accessible by motorbike, and the villa staff is available 24/7 to arrange a motorbike pickup from the drop-off area. It’s about 6-min walk or 2-min ride by motorbike. - Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas, but please avoid smoking inside the villa. - Be Mindful of the Environment. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and air-conditioning when not in use. - Please respect quiet hours and keep noise levels down after 11 PM. - Treat the villa and its furnishings with care. If anything is damaged or needs attention, please let us know right away. - Being a tropical island, Bali is home to various exotic creatures such as geckos and birds which are harmless and a part of everyday life. Guests might encounter them during their stay with us.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.

Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

Please note that Nick Villas Ubud is a private complex of six villas located next to each other. Nick Villa 1 Ubud is currently undergoing renovation until 30 November 2025, with work taking place only during the day (8 AM–5 PM). While there may be some daytime noise, the work is not visible from outside the villa.
