7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 15 October 2022 until 30 June 2024 (bookings must be made before 31 May 2024).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 22 March 2023 and 11 March 2024, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Optional Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of A$50 per adult (12+) and A$25 per child (2-11) applies for an optional Christmas Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of from A$75 per adult (12+) and from A$37.5 per child (2-11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Transfers:

• Included transfers are for max. four guests only. Should you require a bigger car, you may request this and pay the difference to the transfer operator directly.
• Transfers include: a basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking and toll fee, and a 330ml bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed a form to book your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.
• Cars can fit three pieces of luggage only.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Alternatively, guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After this, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
