- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Should Mandalay Cruises need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking

- Exclusions: Food, drinks, and hotel transfers

- Departure/Return Point: Aquarium Wharf, Darling Harbour, Sydney NSW
- Please make a note of boarding times and arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time
- No high heels are permitted on the boat
- There is no wheelchair access on the vessel (please note, toilets are down a set of stairs)
- No prams are permitted on the boat
- No BYO allowed. You cannot bring your own food or drinks onboard. Festival food, snacks and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available for purchase onboard, payable directly to Mandalay Cruises
- Please allow up to two hours for this experience, including check-in, boarding and disembarking

- Children aged 0–2 are considered to be infants and may travel free of charge with a paying adult (18+)
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Mandalay Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Mandalay Cruises for passenger and crew safety
