  • Available: Sunday – Friday: 12pm–4pm or 7pm–11pm
  • Not valid: Saturday, public holidays or during special events including Vivid Sydney
  • Bookings valid to 31 October 2024
  • Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Birkenhead Wharf, Drummoyne or Elliot St Wharf, Balmain. Please arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes prior to boarding time. Late arrival may shorten sailing time or lose the wharf booking for the vessel, therefore cancelling trip
  • Alternative pick-up/drop-off locations may be available for an additional charge, payable directly to Sydney Event Cruises – please advise at time of booking should you wish to be picked up at a wharf other than Birkenhead or Elliot St

Important:

  • Please Note: Bar staff are not included in ticket price but are required on each cruise. One bar staff member is required for every 30 guests, to a maximum of nine bar staff (and 250 guests). A surcharge from $220 per bar staff applies, payable directly to Sydney Event Cruises
  • 3.5-hour cruise time includes boarding, disembarking and securing of vessel
  • 18th and 21st birthdays or other party events may require security and conditions apply
  • Optional entertainment including a live DJ, live comedy magic show and clay shooting are available, payable directly to Sydney Event Cruises
  • A bar is available on board with beverages available via individual purchase and/or a tab. Please contact Sydney Event Cruises directly to discuss bar options
  • Canapé menu is subject to change. Images and menu descriptions are provided as an example only
  • Included canapé platters have 30 pieces per platter. Additional canapé platters are available for a surcharge from $90 per platter
  • For seated events, a maximum of 150 guests are permitted. For a cocktail-style event, 250 guests are permitted

Terms & Conditions:

  • A minimum bar spend of A$1200 is required for all cruises. This is not included in your ticket price
  • For bookings in February, September & October: A surcharge from $350 applies for bookings, payable directly to Sydney Event Cruises along with bar tab prior to event
  • For bookings in November & December: A minimum spend of $8,500 on weekdays and $10,000 on weekend dates applies during this peak period (minimums include ticket pricing)
  • Voucher holder must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under the legal age will not be permitted to board without a responsible adult(s) present throughout the cruise
  • Ticket is valid for up to 60 passengers, which includes children and infants. A surcharge from $25 per person applies for any additional passengers, payable directly to Sydney Event Cruises (capped at 250 guests)
  • A BYO food surcharge from $15 per person applies to all food brought onto the vessel. Please contact Sydney Event Cruises directly for available menu options
  • A credit card authorisation from $1,000 is required before the cruise in case of any damages and will be refunded on departure if no damage
  • Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sydney Event Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
  • Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to board the vessel and/or the cruise may be cancelled
  • Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Sydney Event Cruises for passenger and crew safety
  • Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days’ before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
  • Cancellations within 7 days’ of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
  • All changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund Policy

Changes to Booking:

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will have seven days to make any changes. After this, no changes will be allowed
