• Due to tide restrictions, Brindabella will be departing at exactly the scheduled time, so all guests must arrive at the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron at least 30 minutes before this time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Brindabella can operate in a wide range of wind conditions due to her extensive sail inventory. Brindabella can also utilise the Port River for a very exciting sailing experience. While rain can be difficult to avoid, it should not pose an issue for most itineraries
• Cooler months present gentler sailing conditions on the water
• If you have mobility issues, please let the Brindabella crew know so they can work with you to make your day enjoyable. There is a need to move across the boat at times (such as through a tack), however, there are some positions on board where this movement is minimal and can be assisted
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking
• No sailing experience is required
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience, including boarding and disembarking time
• Optional food is available for pre-order, and drinks may be purchased onboard during cruise. Pre-orders and any additional purchases must be arranged with and paid to Brindabella Sailing directly

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are valid for one person. Group booking rate listed is per adult (18+) with a minimum requirement of 6–25 people to book. Failure to satisfy minimum booking numbers will void your reservation and fees may apply
• Child policy: This cruise is not suitable for children under 18
• The safety of passengers and crew is the top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, Brindabella Sailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. If your trip is cancelled due to safety reasons, Brindabella will roll bookings to a new event date that suits both parties.
• Passengers must drink responsibly and adhere to all laws and regulations related to the consumption of alcohol on board the yacht. Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption.
• Brindabella Sailing and its crew are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death that may occur during the sailing trip, except where caused by tour operator’s negligence or breach of these terms and conditions
• Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the crew and wear appropriate safety gear when required. Passengers with medical conditions should inform the crew before boarding.
• Smoking is not permitted
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability and maintenance requirements

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time: 50% cancellation fee will be applied
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, or are a late arrival or no-show to your booking: 100% cancellation fee will be applied
• Transfer of bookings can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis if requested within 72 hours of departure

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
