- Must possess a valid credit card and valid government issued picture ID (international license is not necessary, international passport accepted).
- Scooters do not accommodate passengers of any kind.
- GoCar Tours does not guarantee the weather. When poor conditions are expected, trips are cancelled and refunded or rescheduled
- GoCar Tours assumes no responsibility for, nor do they have any control over the weather in the area. GoCar
- Tours endeavours to be well-studied and to make well-informed go/no-go decisions, but no refunds will be given should the resulting conditions become unfavourable
- Must be 15 years or older to rent scooter.
- Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at all times
- Driving outside of the designated tour route is permitted, however the car only talks on the designated routes
- Lunch is not included on any tours
- Renters are free to extend the length of their tour on the day of rental.
- Additional rental time will be charged in 15-minute increments.
- Scooters must be returned to rental location before dusk
Terms & Conditions
- Maximum passenger capacity per vehicle is one person
- Your tour’s length may vary due to departure time, location, traffic, detour choices and itinerary. Additional rental time will be charged in 15-minute increments
- On the day of rental, a security deposit will be held on your credit card until the Scooter is returned.
- All riders must sign a standard participant agreement.
- Renters will have the option to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance on the day of rental
- Itinerary is subject to change
- Late arrival will shorten hire time

- Maximum purchase limit of eight per person applies for tours

- Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
