Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 8am; returns 7.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Christmas Day and Good Friday
• Departure/Return Point: Return hotel transfers are available from select Perth CBD hotels
• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Please allow up to 11.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Wildflower season runs from August to October every year. During this time, it may be possible to see native wildflowers during the tour, however, sightings are not guaranteed
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount is payable directly to the Lobster Shack
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Valid for dine-in only
• Morning tea, afternoon tea, snacks and drinks are not included in your tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Travel insurance is not included but is recommended

Terms & Conditions:

• Tour is not suitable for pregnant women or people with back problems
• Infants 0–3 are free when travelling with a paying adult, however, infants do not occupy a seat and will not be provided meals on tour. Infants will NOT be accepted on the 4WD component of this tour. A parent will be required to disembark the coach with the infant for the 4WD component of the tour
• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Sometimes due to soft sand dunes, delays may occur. The tour may operate in a 4WD and/or coach; however, the adventure component will always operate in a 4WD
• Pinnacle Travel Group reserves the right to charge a fuel surcharge as a result of escalation in the price of crude oil
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Pinnacle Travel Group cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Pinnacle Travel Group retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Tour requires a minimum of six passengers to operate. In circumstances where minimum numbers are not reached, an alternative may be offered or a smaller vehicle used
