• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Oh Hey WA cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Oh Hey WA retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited venue capacity

Cancellations:

• Bookings can only be cancelled by the tour participant by emailing hey@ohheywa.com.au or calling 0408 995 965
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations between 24 hours up to 7 days prior to departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies, or the ticket can be transferred over to another tour on a different date of the same value
• Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and no date changes permitted

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Dress Code:

• Smart casual, please wear enclosed shoes
• There will be a fair amount of walking, so high heels are not recommended
