• Available: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday – Saturday: Departs 8am; returns 2pm (approximately)
• Not Valid: Wednesday, December 25 &, 26 January
• Meeting Point: Perth accommodation (selected pick-up locations, make your choice at time of booking)
• Drop-Off Point: Barrack Street Jetty, Perth
• Please ensure you are at the departure location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids voucher

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and hotel drop-off are not included
• Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Tour size: 6–48 people
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time
• Please note that the tour will operate on a reduced schedule from April to October, see Booking Calendar for availability
• Due to the equipment required for tours, vehicles have limited luggage space remaining. Australian Pinnacle Tours therefore ask passengers to limit baggage to a strict 15kg maximum ​and soft bags are preferred

Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Pinnacle Travel Group cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Pinnacle Travel Group retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking onsite
• Tours require minimum passenger numbers to operate. In circumstances where minimum numbers are not reached, an alternative may be offered or a smaller vehicle used
• Australian Pinnacle Tours (Passenger Transport Services Pty Ltd) reserves the right to charge a fuel surcharge as a result of escalation in the price of crude oil

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 6 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made 5–3 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Any amendments to your booking may incur a $50 administration fee per booking per change

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
