• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and drinks, and optional gratuities for your driver
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply

• Infant & Child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request for a fee. Surcharge from THB210 per car, per seat, per trip applies
• Please note: Transfer includes private van transport from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Ao Thammachart Pier (approximately 5–6 hours), a shared ferry transfer to Koh Chang, and a private van transfer from Koh Chang pier to your hotel

• Ensure you have return transfers by purchasing an arrival and departure transfer

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way OR return transfers, as selected at time of booking
• Valid for transfers to and/or from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Luggage Restrictions:
  • Luggage capacity for up to two people transfer: Two (2) pieces of luggage
  • Luggage capacity for up to six people transfer: Six (6) pieces of luggage
  • Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
