• Available every day: 9.00am or 11.30am or 1.30(subject to change)
• Pick-Up/Departure Points: Pick-up available from central Queenstown hotels (must be booked in advance). Flights depart Queenstown Airport
• Check-in is required at Queenstown Airport in the main terminal 30 minutes hour prior to departure
• Self-Drive: Check-in time if you are self-driving to Queenstown Airport is 30 minutes prior. Free parking at Queenstown Airport is not available. Terminal Parking A is the closest parking to check-in and costs up to NZ$20 for the day (*rates may change without notice). For the closest free on-street parking, please head to Douglas Street or McBride Street

Important:

• Infants aged 0–2 are permitted on board for free and must weigh less than 15kgs
• Infants over 15kgs must occupy their own seat and must purchase a child ticket
• The Pilot in Command will determine the seating of passengers based on the weight and balance restrictions of that specific aircraft
• Food is not included. Small snacks are available for purchase onboard cruise at own expense. Guests may bring snacks
• Dangerous goods cannot be carried in your baggage. Please see here for dangerous goods list

Terms and Conditions:

• Weight restrictions apply. Passengers over 140kgs must notify Glenorchy Air before departure. Should your actual weight at the time of check-in exceed 15kg over your declared weight, your booking may need to be rescheduled due to weight and balance limits
• Given alpine flying conditions, Glenorchy Air reserves the right to alter the flight paths, and activity durations or cancel flights and activities due to weather and safety considerations. Alternative road transport will be arranged if necessary
• Should a flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, it may be rescheduled depending on the passenger’s schedule and flight availability
• Cruises are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or amended if necessary
• All experiences require a minimum number of paying adult passengers to be confirmed. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum and Glenorchy Air will work to coordinate bookings to achieve the required minimum numbers for the flight to depart, but this cannot be guaranteed. Glenorchy Air will contact you the day before your scheduled departure to confirm if the flight can go ahead
