• Pick-up: Direct pick-up from your accommodation in Queenstown at 7:00am (or 9:50am from Te Anau accommodation)
• Make sure to be ready at your accommodation 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Drop-off: Return to your accommodation in Queenstown or to designated drop-off point
• This is a full-day experience, allow up to 13 hours for travel and adventure
• Cruise component will run for approximately two hours aboard the MV Sinbad vessel
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Milford Sound can be a cold and wet place. Pack for most weather outcomes including a rain jacket, warm layer, sunscreen and sunhat
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated on the cruise. Please advise requirements at time of booking
• Aside from road closure due to snow, the Milford Sound cruise is likely to go ahead in most weather. Very strong wind is usually the only weather to cause cancellations
• The destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your visit

Accessibility:

• The Sinbad vessel: Please note there is no wheelchair access to the upper deck, which is only accessible via stairs
• Altitude vans: Guides are happy to assist where possible, but please note that the van setup does come with some limitations. Wheelchairs must be collapsible to fit in the boot. Guests will need to travel with a support person to assist with any specific needs. Some stops on the way to Milford may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility
• We recommend that guests with limited mobility get in touch directly before booking at reservations@realnz.com

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
