• Bookings must be submitted at least 5 days in advance. Booking online is the only way to guarantee entry on your preferred day
• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address

• All Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival at attraction. Scan QR code to save up to eight photos during the experience. The ticket has instructions to go to the Magic Memories site and download images using the unique code on the ticket

• Weekday ticket excludes school holidays. Weekend includes school holiday and public holidays. Bookings valid for the date selected on purchase
• Make sure you visit LEGOLAND Discovery Centre on the date selected on your tickets. Latecomers might not be allowed entry
• Bookings valid to 1 April 2026

Important:

• All adults and children (aged 3+) require a ticket. Adults (18+) must be accompanied by a child (aged 17 and under) to enter. Adult tickets cannot be purchased individually, they must be combined with a child ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the attraction
• Each timed session is limited to up to two hours. Please arrive at the start time of your session so you can take full advantage of your session in the attraction
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Children aged 0–2 may visit free of charge
• LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre is designed specifically for children aged 3–10 years to enjoy – everything is kid-sized
• Any personal expenses are payable directly to venue
• Transfers, food and drinks are not included
• Opening hours may be subject to change

Cancellation

• No refunds are available – all tickets are non-transferable and become void when cancelled. Tickets cannot be exchanged for admission on a different day or refunded if not used.

Changes to Booking

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
