Availability:

• Available every day by request: Departure time depends on the date chosen. Please see booking calendar
• Departure point: 66 Bundora Parade, Moorabbin Airport, Melbourne, Victoria 3194, Australia
• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional meals, drinks not mentioned in inclusions and transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Minimum of two passengers required for all flights
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price.
• Subject to conditions, children under three may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–2), please contact Helicopter Pty Ltd as aviation conditions apply. Restricted to one infant per flight
• Children (3+) pay full adult fare. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)

Terms & Conditions:

• All tours and scenic flights operate with a minimum of 2 passenger fares
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Helicopter Pty Ltd. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Scenic flights may be shared with others
• Maximum number of guests per helicopter is three. Please note, if the experience does not reach the minimum number of guests, guests will be offered an alternative date
• In accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority regulations, all passengers are required to provide full name, accurate weight and baggage details prior to flight. Helicraft tours are based on industry standard average passenger weight of 80kg per person. (e.g 4 passengers x 80 kg = total weight allowance of 320 kg)
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• If the total passenger weight exceeds the total average weight allowance, a larger helicopter or second helicopter or flight may be required at an additional charge
• Helicopter Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. VENDOR works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellation Policy:

• Any changes to itinerary or cancellations must be received in writing
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Changes to itinerary made after booking confirmation incur a AU$50 charge per change
• Changes received with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a AU$100 charge per change

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
