Important:

• Maintenance and Restoration Notice (1 June to 30 September 2025): During this period, construction and maintenance equipment and noise is expected. Tours will continue as normal but will take an alternate route around the construction zone, while being able to get a glimpse of the work that goes into keeping Hobbiton Movie Set as magical as it looked in the films.
• Bookings required at least 7 days in advance
• Limited availability for high season periods. It is recommended to book as far in advance as possible
• Please check-in at least 20 minutes prior to your tour time, check-in will close 5 minutes prior to your departure time
• Personal items must be carried by visitors for the duration of the tour. Large or bulky luggage may may not be permitted on the tour and can be stored in a locked storage area at The Shire’s Rest. Hobbiton™ Movie Set is not liable for any damages or losses incurred to personal items
• Smoking and vaping is not permitted during the tour experience, but is permitted in designated smoking areas at The Green Dragon Inn

• Children and youths aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a full paying adult. Children must be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times
• Children (0–10) are free but must have a ticket allocated
