- Bookings are essential at least 48 hours in advance. After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address

- Buses do not have two decks. Depending on the size of your group, your tour might be in a coach bus, mini bus, Sedan, SUV, or sprinter
- Please email office@onlocationtours.com at least 24 hours in adva nce of the tour to request a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
- Food, drinks and hotel transfers are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to venues visited
- Personal expenses are payable directly to venues visited
