• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date to your nominated email address. Please note this is not your ticket.
• Luxury Escapes will email your official ticket (if available) to your email address within five (5) business days of purchase. This official ticket will be required to redeem your experience
• Once received, you will be able to download the free Go City app from the iOS App Store or Google Play
• Then, sync the pass issued to you by Luxury Escapes with the app
• Reserve slots at popular attractions – although many attractions on your pass do not require a booking, there are a few that require forward-planning. Don’t worry, Go City has the lowdown on which attractions need to be booked and the details you need to do so

Availability:

• Available every day: Days and hours of operation for each attraction vary; please check app before you go
• Note: All-Inclusive passes are valid for the number of days you purchased, within a 14-day period from first activation
• Some attractions will require pre-booking to redeem pass

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals and drinks (unless specified), hotel transfers and transport (unless specified), souvenirs, additional entry to exhibitions or attractions not specified in full list of attractions
• Advance reservations may be required for some of the tours included on the pass; please check your digital guidebook before you go
• Passes allow for contactless entry – use pass on your phone or print at home

Terms & Conditions:

• Travellers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the tour. Please bring your ID documents
• Travellers may be required to pass through airport-style security processes to enter activities or attractions. Please ensure you review conditions of entry before arrival
• Each attraction can only be visited once
• Attraction entry validity duration: One day represents a calendar day, not 24-hour cycle
• Pass validity: Hong Kong All-Inclusive Passes do not require pass usage on consecutive days. Usage within 14 days from first pass redemption with an activity is allowed. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your holiday, you will then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass
• Unused passes are valid for 2 years from the purchase date

Cancellations:

• Cancellations of unactivated passes made within 7 days of purchase date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations and refunds are unavailable for passes that have been activated; a minimum 72 hours’ (3 days) notice is required for any cancellation requests

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice required to change a booking you have made
• Passes are non-transferable and intended exclusively for the designated holder
