• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day by request: 8.30am–2.30pm (Morning Tour) or 12.30pm–6.30pm (Afternoon Tour)
• Not valid: Public holidays, 2–4 September 2023, 9–13 February 2024, 30 April –1 May 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop Off Point: Guide will meet you at your Hoi An hotel with a bicycle – please advise of your location at time of booking
• Bookings valid to 31 May 2024

Important:

• Minimum two adults required to book for tour to proceed
• Children aged 0–5 are free of charge with a paying adult
• Menu items are subject to change. Menu details and images have been provided as an example only
• Food, drinks and other services not specified above are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Hotel transfers are not included
