• Departure Point: Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron, 750 Victoria Road Outer Harbor, South Australia 5018 Brindabella will be departing at exactly the scheduled time due to tide restrictions so all guests must arrive at the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron at least 30 minutes prior to this time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• An array of quality South Australian wines and beverages are available to purchase on board at the bar. Drinks are not included but are available for purchase from the onboard bar, payable directly to Brindabella
• Smoking is not permitted
• No sailing experience is required
• Cooler months actually present gentler sailing conditions on the water
• If you have mobility issues, please let the Brindabella crew know so they can work with you to make your day enjoyable. There is a need to move across the boat at times (such as through a tack), however they have some positions on board where this movement is minimal and can be assisted
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for this experience and provide valid ID upon request
• The safety of passengers and crew is the top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, Brindabella Sailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. If your trip is cancelled due to safety reasons, Brindabella will roll bookings to a new event date that suits both parties
• Brindabella Sailing and its crew are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death that may occur during the sailing trip, except where caused by tour operator’s negligence or breach of these terms and conditions
• Brindabella can operate in a very wide range of wind conditions due to her extensive sail inventory. Brindabella can also utilise the Port River for a very exciting sailing experience. Rain is not really an issue either – whilst it is hard to avoid rain, your captain can see it coming for miles and navigate around showers
• Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the crew and wear appropriate safety gear when required. Passengers with medical conditions should inform the crew before boarding
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability and maintenance requirements

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time: 50% cancellation fee will be applied
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, or are a late arrival or no-show to your booking: 100% cancellation fee will be applied
• Transfer of bookings can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis if requested within 72 hours of departure

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
