• Check-in is required at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time
• Departure times will be confirmed at the time of booking. Actual times are subject to change due to flight scheduling. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. Island Hoppers will confirm departure times the day before
• Any alterations or amendments will be communicated to the client/passengers and resorts ahead of the date of travel
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Children aged 2–12 years can receive a discount rate of up to 70% of the adult fare for Mamanuca regions. Please contact Island Hoppers directly to arrange. Please note that there is no child rate for Yasawa region. Children over 24 months will pay the full adult price
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 years may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Travel insurance is recommended​
• Taxes:
  • Fiji Government 15% VAT is subject to change in accordance with Fiji taxation changes
  • Airport and ALTB taxes and levies are included in the fare. These are subject to change and will be transparently passed on as and when adjusted by the authorities
  • Rates are subject to change due to major increases in oil or fuel prices, VAT and or STT increases and currency devaluation

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for transfers to/from Nadi International Airport (NAN) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Luggage capacity: 15kg baggage allowance per person
  • Excess baggage will be charged on arrival, from FJD12 per kg, payable directly to Island Hoppers Fiji
  • Excess baggage will be sent on the next available flight or can be left in storage at Island Hoppers Fiji hanger at Nadi International Airport at no cost
  • A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Island Hoppers Fiji. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
  • Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
  • Island Hoppers Fiji will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Island Hoppers Fiji works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
  • In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
  • Should weather conditions mean that flights cannot be carried out and no alternative transport can be arranged, passengers may be required to stay overnight, at their own expense. If passengers choose to take alternative transport, this is their choice and no refunds apply

Cancellation Policy:

• Any reservation cancelled after 14 days of booking will be charged at FJD65 per person
• Any reservation cancelled after 5 days of booking, within the month of travel, will be charged at FJD65 per person
• Any cancellation within 72 hours of travel or no shows: 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund)

Changes to Bookings:

A change fee from FJD200 per person per date change applies
