• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price.
• Children must be aged 5+ to participate in this experience. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)

• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Kingfisher Tours reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to cultural seasonal or road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In these instances, a credit will be given towards another tour, or a 100% refund
• Kingfisher Tours will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Kingfisher Tourrs works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• Most tours require you to walk on uneven surfaces rocky and muddy tracks and up inclines and require an appropriate, surefooted level of fitness. Please ask if you are unsure if your fitness level is right for the tour you are undertaking
• Whilst every precaution will be taken for the safety of participants no liability of any kind whatsoever can be taken in the event of death, accident, injury, loss or damage to person and property or cost of emergency evacuations on these tours
• This exclusion of liability shall apply to Kingfisher Tours and be for the benefit of it’s agents servants and representatives
• Kingfisher Tours will not be responsible for expenses incurred by you as a result of your booking or any cancellation

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
