• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

• All cruises bring the boat right up to Stirling Falls waterfall so you can choose to be sprayed in glacial melt on the bow. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel if you choose to be sprayed
• Cruise is wheelchair accessible
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Lunch is included in the coach tour, and is served on board the cruise. The tour can cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free requirements
• Children under 5 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking
• Children under 5 are required to be in a child seat restraint on the coach, suitable for the age and size of the child. This is the responsibility of the parent to bring
