• Pick-up point: 671 Broke Road (Opposite Hunter Valley Gardens), Pokolbin 2320, New South Wales
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time. If you arrive late for your tour, whether due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reason, you will forfeit the time allotted for your tour and are not eligible for a refund

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks and hotel transfers are not included in this experience, please meet at the specified pick-up point
• Chocolate/desserts will be at the guests own expense and must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience
• Infants under 12 months of age are free of charge, however, please specify at the time of booking

Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum of four people are required to book this experience
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during the experience. Parents, carers, or guardians are responsible for the safety and welfare of their children, and Hunter Valley Classic Carriages holds no liability for any harm, injury, or death resulting from improperly supervised children
• To maintain a safe and enjoyable service, Hunter Valley Classic Carriages may need to make on-the-spot decisions to modify plans or halt proceedings in response to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. While this is uncommon, the team prioritise ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all involved
• Hunter Valley Classic Carriages reserves the right to halt proceedings at any time if the conditions pose a risk to your well-being, the welfare of the horses, or the safety of the staff
• The horses are highly trained and experienced, primarily of Clydesdale or Heavy Horse breeds. The health and welfare of the horses are of utmost importance, and if any concerns arise regarding their well-being, Hunter Valley Classic Carriages may modify or end the tour to prioritise their safety and comfort
• All guests are expected to follow the instructions of the guide at all times; failure to adhere to these rules may result in the ejection of the guest/s from the experience

Cancellation Policy:

• This experience is non-transferable and non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to bookings cannot be accommodated
