- Cancellations made more than 21 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 21 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

- Rates are per vehicle one way based on the maximum number of occupants
- This transfer service is valid for Cairns Airport (CNS) only
- All passengers are required to occupy their own seat
