• Available every day: Departs 9am; returns after five hours (approximately).
• Times vary as per date chosen. See booking calendar.
• Meeting/Return point: 140 North Street, Woorim, Bribie Island 4507, Queensland
• Please ensure you are at your meeting point 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please allow up to five hours for this experience, including travel time
• Children must be aged 7–12 to participate in this experience.
• Children under four are not allowed to participate. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Capacity for children under four is subject to availability (must be authorised with G’day Adventure Tours before confirmation of booking)
• A maximum of two passengers under four years of age applies per vehicle as vehicle car seats are needed.
• All passengers between 4–7 years of age need a booster seat to be provided by the guests or by G’day Adventure Tours with advance notice

Terms & Conditions:

• The itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for the tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy the minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• It is an offence to operate a vessel (powered or unpowered) and to have a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.05 or more; or to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A person does not have to be 0.05 or more to be charged with driving under the influence. If you are incapable of exercising effective control of the vessel or fulfilling your duty on the vessel due to alcohol or any other drug you can be charged with operating under the influence
• You will be entering a tidal wilderness zone. The operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary as required.
• Due to tides and weather/beach conditions, tour lengths may vary
• All guests must follow the directions/instructions of the driver/guide and ensure that they (or any minor they are responsible for) are wearing a seatbelt.
• Any damages to equipment/facilities provided. This includes any kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and/or camping equipment supplied, or any other equipment provided in conjunction with this tour
• Your driver/guide and the management team have the authority to remove anyone who is aggressive/abusive towards any fellow guests or G’day Adventure Tour staff
• G’day Adventure Tours accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal belongings being stored or in transit
• G’day Adventure Tours will always endeavour to have any problems fixed as quickly as possible and with minimal impact on your Island experience, but will not compensate for any of the following:
• Damage to any personal items such as cameras, clothing, or backpacks
• Personal stress and anguish experienced due to a breakdown
• Time lost due to equipment failure or severe weather conditions
• Any impact on the tour due to natural disasters, cyclones, extreme weather, or act of terrorism

Passenger Requirements:

• All customers are required to complete the Acceptance of Risk and Medical Form
• Due to the uncontrollable nature of roads and 4WD tracks, passengers with back problems are advised against participating in this activity
• All passengers must be able to safely step up into and out of 4WD vehicles
• If you are on prescription drugs, ask your doctor or pharmacist if they will affect your ability to operate a vessel safely
• If you capsize and cannot right your craft, stay with it – it is much easier to spot a vessel in the water than it is a person
• If your craft is involved in an incident or you witness an incident you have a legal obligation to stop and provide assistance.
• Where additional assistance is required and you have a mobile phone with you dial 000 to alert the appropriate authority.
• If an incident occurs, you will be required to provide the time and place of the collision, the circumstances, names and addresses of witnesses and the nature of the damage or loss.
• Injury/Accident Report Forms are available, if required please request one from your guide.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations received for any confirmed booking will incur a minimum penalty of 25% per person
• Cancellations within 7–3 days of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 2–0 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation.
• G’Day Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel a scheduled trip. In this circumstance, it is policy to fully refund affected customers, although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
• Customers have the option to be provided with a gift card to the value of their purchase for use on the same tour at a future date. This gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Changes to Booking

72 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made
