• Available selected dates: Departs 12.30pm, returns 9.30pm (approximately). Departure time varies according to pick-up location
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2026
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Hotel drop-off and pick-up from all Sydney CBD hotels or Eastwood and Parramatta train stations
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Rates are valid for one person. Per person rate varies according to required minimum number of bookings as specified – please make your selection carefully
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time
• Food, snacks and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please advise of your pick-up location at time of booking
• Unfortunately, this trip is not wheelchair accessible
• This is a shared tour, which means you will be travelling with other guests. Please note that this tour can be customised for private charter or large groups on request (fees may apply)

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures or mechanical issues
• Alternate vehicles may be used if a Wildscape Adventures vehicle is unavailable
• Tours normally operate in wet weather conditions, unless extreme and dangerous weather. Unless you hear from Wildscape Adventures, assume that your tour is going ahead – you will be contacted if your tour is cancelled
• Before embarking on any adventure, every participant must fill out a form detailing next of kin, allergies, full medical history, and anything relevant that the team leader should know
