Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to South Australian Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. • All passengers must adhere to weight restrictions as specified by South Australian Helicopters. The maximum seat weight limit on the Robinson R44 is 270kg. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without a refund. Passengers must adhere to all regulations and safety instructions provided by South Australian Helicopters and its staff
• Unforeseen circumstances such as the nature of the terrain, unseasonable weather, national park area closures and so on, travelling conditions may be affected and therefore, make it necessary to alter touring with little or no notice
• South Australian Helicopters reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for safety, operational, or other reasons deemed appropriate by our staff.
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• South Australian Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. South Australian Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• South Australian Helicopters may capture photographs and videos during flights for promotional purposes. Passengers consent to the use of their likeness in such materials unless otherwise specified in writing
