• Shangri-La Sydney understands that dietary requirements form a part of your daily life, and people have a variety of reactions to different food types. The hotel does its best to avoid cross-contamination with food allergens but does not operate allergen-free kitchens. The culinary team uses the highest quality raw meats and seafood, but please note consuming raw or undercooked fish, shellfish, eggs, or meat increases the risk of foodborne illness

Terms & Conditions:

• Guest(s) must purchase tickets for all members of their group in a single transaction. Unfortunately, additional seats cannot be added on the day
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Shangri-La Sydney abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–11. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Candles, flowers, props, or tableware must not be taken after the experience ends. Charges may apply for missing items
• Maximum sitting time per booking is two hours
• Offer cannot be combined with other table bookings, discounts or promotional offers

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to bookings are not permitted
